Inventory Usage not showing on Job Invoice

I'm doing parts while our parts manager is out of the office for a few weeks and since CHEMS is still very new to me I don't know if I'm missing a step...

I used the Inventory Usage screen to put in the parts usage and in the Eq/Wrk/Job column I entered work order #s for the parts used on our equipment and job #s for the parts used on specific jobs. After posting the Inventory I ran an invoice for one of the jobs, to be sure that the parts appeared on the invoice, but they did not appear.

Is there another step I'm missing that needs to be done before the part will show up on the invoices?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

JG> Yes there is another step.  When you post parts to a job the system creates a journal which also needs to be posted so it will show on the job invoice.  Lubes and Fuel also create a journal, materials to a job goes direct to the job.

Do a journal prepost and they should be there.
